PromptLab.ai is a marketplace for AI prompts. Users generate images, avatars, animations and video from authors' ready-made prompts (or their own), and authors earn royalties on every use. The service is operated by Akkaruy Spzso (the "Operator", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the service in any way, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to use the service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not share or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
One person or entity may not operate multiple accounts to abuse free credits, manipulate rankings or reviews, or evade a ban.
The service runs on internal credits — there are no subscriptions. 1 credit = €0.10. Credits are bought in packs and charged per generation according to the AI model used (the price is always shown before you run):
Credits are a prepaid balance for using the service. They cannot be exchanged for money or used as a means of payment outside the service. Unused credits never expire but are not refundable for cash, except where required by law. Credits or balances obtained through fraud, chargebacks or violations of these Terms may be reversed or forfeited.
Payments & billing. Credit purchases are charged in euros (EUR) through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT, which is collected and remitted as required by law. You authorise the Operator (via its processor) to charge your selected payment method for the credits you buy. A receipt is available in your wallet.

Prices are per generated image or video clip and are shown before you run. Video clips are billed per clip. Generating with several models (e.g. Model comparison) charges each model separately.
Authors publish prompts and keep their rights to them. When you buy a prompt's text or generate from a prompt, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the resulting output for personal and commercial purposes, under the license set by the author (a standard commercial license by default).
You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license or publish a purchased prompt's text as your own, or pass it to third parties. Prompt text cannot be technically protected once revealed, so this restriction is contractual.
For each generation made with another user's prompt, the author earns a royalty — a fixed share of the credits charged (the author share is 70%; the Operator's service fee is 30%). Royalty balances accrue to the author's account in euros.
Author payouts & withdrawals. Authors may request a withdrawal once their balance reaches the minimum shown in the wallet. Payouts are made to the method you provide (e.g. PayPal or bank/SEPA transfer); third-party transfer fees may apply and are shown before you confirm. Payouts are processed on a periodic basis and may be delayed or held while we verify activity or investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks or Terms violations. Authors are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income or other taxes due on their earnings; we are not your tax agent and provide earnings figures for your records only.
Prompts. Each prompt is the intellectual property of its author. Purchasing or generating from a prompt grants only the license above and does not transfer ownership of the prompt.
Your content. You retain ownership of images, logos and other materials you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, process and send them to the AI providers solely to deliver the generation you requested. You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Generated output. As between you and us, the images, avatars, animations and videos you generate are yours to use under the prompt's license. AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright in some jurisdictions, and identical or similar results may be produced for other users — we make no exclusivity guarantee.
Third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads and generated output do not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other right.
Copyright complaints (takedown). If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, email support@promptlab.ai with the work concerned, the infringing material, your contact details and a good-faith statement. We will review and remove infringing content, and we terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
You may not create, upload, publish or generate, and you may not use the service to produce:
• Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors — zero tolerance; such activity is reported to the authorities.
• Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Realistic depictions or "deepfakes" of real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent — especially in a sexual, defamatory, deceptive or harmful context.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory content targeting protected groups, and content that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Graphic violence, gore, or terrorist/extremist content.
• Fraud, scams, malware, phishing, disinformation, or impersonation.
• Material that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or privacy rights.
You also may not: attempt to bypass moderation or safety filters; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service; reverse-engineer or disrupt it; manipulate search rankings, reviews or royalties; resell others' prompts; or use the service to build a competing dataset or model.
We apply automated and manual moderation to uploads, prompts and generated content. We may review, refuse, remove or restrict any content, and we may report serious violations (such as CSAM) to law enforcement.
Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, consequences include: removal of the content; a warning; loss or forfeiture of the credits or royalties involved; temporary suspension; and permanent termination of your account.
If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of credits, and accrued royalties may be withheld. You remain liable for any harm caused. Reporting tools are available on prompts and content so users can flag violations for review.
Because a purchased prompt's full text is revealed immediately, prompt purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are likewise non-refundable for cash except where required by law.
If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for that generation are not charged (or are refunded to your balance). We may, at our discretion, issue goodwill credits, and we may reverse transactions linked to fraud or abuse.
Disputes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@promptlab.ai first — most issues are resolved within a few business days. Please raise a dispute with us before contacting your bank.
Chargebacks. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while we investigate. Credits or royalties funded by a reversed, fraudulent or charged-back payment may be deducted or forfeited, and outstanding negative balances must be settled before further use of the service.
The service and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
AI models are probabilistic: output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not match your intent, and quality and availability depend on third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its owners, affiliates, officers and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or any generated content.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content or prompts, your generated output, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction (Poland / EU), without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page, and material changes take effect when posted. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
