This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what you may not create, upload, publish or generate on PromptLab.ai. It applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images/avatars/animations/video, reviews, and any other content. It supplements our Terms of Service.
We use automated and manual moderation. Submitting prohibited content — even if it is later blocked — is a violation of this policy.
You must not create, request or upload:
• Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors. Zero tolerance — such activity is reported to the authorities.
• Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Realistic depictions or deepfakes of real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent — especially sexual, defamatory, deceptive or harmful ones.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory content targeting protected groups; content promoting violence or self-harm.
• Graphic violence, gore, or terrorist/extremist content.
• Fraud, scams, malware, phishing, disinformation, or impersonation of people or brands.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or the privacy of others.
• Attempting to bypass moderation, safety filters or usage limits.
• Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, reverse-engineering or disrupting the service.
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse free credits, manipulate search rankings, reviews or royalties, or evade a ban.
• Reselling, redistributing or republishing another author's prompt as your own.
• Using the service to build a competing dataset or model.
Every prompt and piece of content has a Report option. If you see something that breaks this policy, report it or email support@promptlab.ai. We review reports and act on them.
Depending on severity and frequency, violations lead to: removal of the content; a warning; loss or forfeiture of the credits or royalties involved; temporary suspension; and permanent account termination.
Accounts terminated for violations are not entitled to a refund of credits, and accrued royalties may be withheld. Serious violations (such as CSAM) are reported to law enforcement, and you remain liable for any harm caused.
